Window Cleaning

La-Minks provide complete window cleaning services for all residential and commercial properties. From large commercial properties to small one-bedroom flats, we will clean it all!


Pure Water is a highly effective cleaning solution eliminating the need for detergents and chemicals. The absence of sticky soap residue means that dirt will find it harder to cling to your windows and your windows stay cleaner longer. 


Our system will brush your windows clean, firstly loosening the dirt and then secondly, rinse and flush away the dirt.  We then leave them wet and allow to dry naturally.

Carpet Cleaning

Move Out/In Cleaning

Remove all nails and screws from the walls and ceiling, then fill and smooth the holes with putty. Dust all ceiling fixtures and ledges, remove any cobwebs, and thoroughly clean the windows. Wipe down doors and door knobs, clean all light switches and outlets, and ensure the walls and baseboards are properly cleaned.


In the bathroom, remove soap scum from the tiles and tub or shower, bleach the grout, and clean out all drawers and the vanity, making sure to remove any hair and liners. Clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, countertops, and mirrors. Finally, mop the floors, starting from the furthest point and working your way toward the door.

Upholstery Cleaning

We pull the furniture away from the wall or the area where it normally rests.


Vacuum and dust the area. If it has been resting against a wall, wipe the wall with a damp cloth or sponge. Spray the mixture onto the soiled fabric and scrub the area in a circular motion. 


Repeat the process until your sofa is clean. Clean your cloth with warm water and use it to remove the excess soap from the fabric. Blot the cleaned area with a dry cloth to remove the moisture.

Afterparty Cleaning

La-MinkS is committed to expell all available junk food, bottles and cans; to wash all the cups, plates and the used utensils; to clean all bins; to vacuum everywhere to remove dust and, if necessary to wash the floor.
